As of today, 6 weeks in from contract on new roof, was told it would be scheduled in 3 to 4 weeks. No call back after promising to personally call me on Tuesday. They have 1/2 down and I have yet to be given a date. I'll continue to provide insight on this experience as it unfolds. I'm hopeful they can right the ship and bring this in to exceed my expectations. Time will tell.

They are great company. Nathan fought very hard for me to get my entire roof replaced. Most of the roofing companies out there don’t want to take the job unless insurance company agrees to replace your entire roof for the first time you call them to submit your claim. If your insurance company giving you hard time, Craftsman will do their best to negotiate with them and resolve your issue to your favor.

We hired Craftsmen Contractors to replace our roof/gutters in January 2019. They were professional, courteous, honest and kept us informed as to timeframe of start and finish of the job. Nathan and Jacob are great communicators. Craftsmen Contractors do quality work and I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects in our home.
