The folks at Craftsman worked with my insurance company and agreed to install the roof for whatever the insurance company would pay. Craftsman handled all of the negotiation and documentation for the insurance company. The work crew showed up the morning they were scheduled to arrive, worked straight through without a break until the job was done, and cleaned up every bit of old shingles and every nail. You cannot ask for more from a roofing company. I had no out of pocket expense.
