I contacted Scott at Craftsmen to help my mother with a home she just moved into, couple things we thought maybe issues. Main one was upstairs being a lot hotter than we thought should be case. Had ventilation issue apparently, that they upgraded and remedy found. Good things👍

We have not started the actual roofing yet, but we have had a great experience working with Alvin from Craftsmen thus far! Our insurance was originally only going to cover a third of our roof replacement costs, but Alvin was able to work with our adjuster and get the whole roof covered (minus our deductible). He was courteous, upfront, and helpful with all of our questions. We would certainly work with him again based on this experience!
