We had a great experience with Craftsmen Roofers. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and the job was done efficiently and professionally. The crew cleaned up after themselves and they were respectful of our property. I would recommend them to anyone. Honest & Hardworking. Alvin did a great job with negotiating with my insurance company in order to get as much covered as possible with my roof. Everything was handled professionally and he made the process so easy! Would definitely use them again!
Spoke with Alvin out in my yard when he stopped by one day talking to me about getting a new roof, i will be letting this company do my roof in the future with the 50 year warranty we have been talking about. This is a very caring and professional company and not to mention down to earth and easy to understand. Alvin knocked on our door and offered a free inspection of our roof and I left him to it. He was very honest that my roof was in great condition but left me his card if i ever needed anything in the future
