This company installed our roof in 2008 jump ahead to 2020 and sudduenly we have a leak.. I called cross timber roofing and was informed they purched the company 2011 (assest only) and all warranty that was promised prior to 2011 is null and void...no mater what was promissed. (BUYER BEWARE) ALSO Cross Timbers Wants 199.00 to inspect the problem then told me I am responsible for chasing down my material compensation from the mfg..Guess we all need to be sub-contractors!

After our last big storm, we noticed what looked like a small leak on our ceiling had occurred.
Knowing the storm had likely caused the issue, we called Cross Timbers.
Immediately they sent someone out to check the roof, and did the repair. The wind caused damage to two boots. Repaired and done! No interruption to my day.
The gentleman arrived to our door, and was polite and courteous with keeping his “social distance”.
