The staff is great and they work to get things done as quick as possible.

I initially spoke with Heather and she was absolutely fine to deal with. I then worked with Brandon in the service dept to repair/redo the flashing around my 5 skylights. The shingles on my roof are very similar to Grand Manor but a slightly larger size and very hard to find. Brandon and team went to extreme measures to find the right shingle and get the closest color match possible.
