I initially spoke with Heather and she was absolutely fine to deal with. I then worked with Brandon in the service dept to repair/redo the flashing around my 5 skylights. The shingles on my roof are very similar to Grand Manor but a slightly larger size and very hard to find. Lack of communication is a significant problem with this company. Tyler came out to my house and it took 2 phone calls over the course of 6 days to finally receive the quote. I was ready to sign the contract, but had a few questions first. I replied back to Tyler via email stating I would like to proceed pending a few questions and have yet to receive any acknowledgement or answers to my email - that was 4 weeks ago. A sale was lost due to lack of customer service.
