Cross-timbers took care to only come out to do their re-roof of our 20-year-old house when there was a solid window of low chance of rain. This unlike other companies who leave roofs naked in the rain. Also, when they did the re-roofing, they discovered that several roof OSB boards (the guts of the roof) had rotted.
