Cross Timbers installed the roof on my house when it was constructed 25 years ago. Though the roof is warranted for 25 more years, I thought it prudent to get a mid way inspection, which I learned Cross Timbers could do at a reasonable price. Before I set up the inspection though we had a sudden development of a bad leak over a window and through a walk.
