Saw a kiosk at Costco for a Marvin brand Window replacement program and spoke to the rep in the store. Scheduled a meeting for an estimate and ended up moving forward with the project. Michael came out today based on a connection I made at Costco a few weeks ago. After talking with Michael it was apparent that I didn’t really need to replace my windows but a few repairs would be the best (and most cost efficient) way to go. I had a couple windows where the low e coating was failing as well as the balancer on some of my windows broke. Instead of trying to sell me new windows, he showed me how to remove the window and balancer so I know exactly what the part looks like.

I chose Customer Exteriors (CE) to replace nine windows and a front door for two reasons. First, a family friend with a good eye for quality used them and was very satisfied. Second, CE was vetted by Costco who does not let just anybody represent them.
