Custom Exteriors was very communicative during the entire process. They were clear what they planned to do on installation day. The installation team was very focused and efficient. They kept the work site clean during the installation. The craftsmanship (Mouldings, caulking) was excellent. Only tiny recommendation is to make it clearer when the payments are due. Fast, efficient, and clean installation. Good communication before installation, but a bit confused with whom I needed to communicate with questions about my order, and the post-installation inspections were not well scheduled. Good company though.
