Very professional people, frequent updates on status via text and email, they took care of everything including permit. Installation by Roberto was efficient and done in way less time than expected. It's easy to give a five star rating to Custom Exteriors. We contacted four other contractors before choosing Custom Exteriors, all of which had issues with the project, which was replacing 2 windows in our dining area (not a huge project!). Walker as their salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us select the best product in the Marvin line. From the start Robert presented us with a great window product with custom fit. He even went the long yard when, reasons unknown, I had issues with financing. Our deal finally went through, all 21 windows were designed to our needs, and a date was estimated for installation. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Walker made it feel like I was working with someone I had known my whole life!
