Very happy with service and installation of new windows and patio doors. Very happy with our new windows and doors, significant reduction in outdoor noise and heat loss. Will need to wait on hot weather to see how they help with AC costs. The only negative is with the City of San Jose permit process which is very slow and is too costly.
The new windows look and operate beautifully. The permitting process with the city was arduous but they followed through at every step and I highly recommend Jeff and Customer Exteriors.
The window install was wonderful! Great workmanship, personable installers, answered all questions, very knowledgeable about products. Everything went smoothly and completion was AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. I couldn't be more pleased. We will get back to you when we paint! Otherwise 5 stars!!

We had 14 windows, a 6 foot slider, and french doors replaced. Custom Exteriors did a great job. They were very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
