We had a great experience with Custom Exteriors. We had a 10’ patio door, a 6’ patio door, and 4 windows replaced with Marvin windows. The large patio door was replaced with a beautiful bi-fold door. We did have a slight issue with the tension cord on the screen but they came out soon after and adjusted it. They walked us through the whole project, which was completed in about a week. It did take a few months to get the custom windows and doors in, but that wasn’t a problem. They were not cheap... Read more

I needed to replace 5 upstairs windows and wanted quality that would outlast me. My searches for highly rated services gave me several options, but once I spoke to the Exterior Solutions rep, I felt more confident with them than the others. They communicated with me throughout the entire process from measurement.through order fulfillment & final installation. I am very pleased & highly recommend Exterior Solutions. The temperature upstairs is also more stable. PS: They do offer more than just wi... Read more

I highly recommend Custom Exteriors- they did my windows and did a fantastic job. " I can see clearly now!" If you need windows, I suggest you give them a look. Our old non-working casement windows were pretty bad and now we can open the windows and let the air in- with screens.

I was really excited about working with this company to replace my front doors. The sales representative was nice and thorough, but the pitch ended up feeling almost identical to the aggressive sales model we saw from Renewal by Andersen—despite having explicitly discussed my concerns about inflated base pricing and artificial discount gimmicks beforehand. The quote came back in the exact same sky-high ballpark as the corporate competitors they claimed to be different from. When I pointed this o... Read more
