The window install was wonderful! Great workmanship, personable installers, answered all questions, very knowledgeable about products. Everything went smoothly and completion was AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. The sales presentation did not align with the overall process. This was pertaining to the lack of communication and quality oversight/follow up. The crews did not clean up or have the necessary equipment to complete the job. I had to loan them an extension ladder to finish painting. Additionally, they damaged a piece of furniture with solvent. I am waiting on a resolution for that issue.
