Excellent service from the original sales visit with Jason, to the initial measuring visit with Cesar, to the actual installation, led by Roman. I love the resulting front door. Everything was done as promised.

Our Church "Manor Baptist Church" was in desperate need of new windows and other work. Custom Exteriors was hired and delivered well beyond our expectations. We definitely recommend them and do plan to hire them again on other ongoing projects we have.

The sales presentation did not align with the overall process. This was pertaining to the lack of communication and quality oversight/follow up. The crews did not clean up or have the necessary equipment to complete the job. I had to loan them an extension ladder to finish painting. Additionally, they damaged a piece of furniture with solvent. I am waiting on a resolution for that issue.

Hi Donald, This is Kevin Gundry with Custom Exteriors. I am very sorry to hear that my installers got solvent on your furniture piece. This never should have happened, and I am sorry that it did. I understand that a furniture repair expert is coming out to address the situation. Custom Exteriors will take care of the cost. Our installers should never use anyone's tools or ladders on any of our projects. We will make sure than this never happens again. Please call me anytime at 925-249-2280. Thank you, Kevin Gundry
