I recently had two bedroom windows replaced and I’m very happy with the experience and final result. The overall process was fast and efficient (first contact until install complete took about 1.5 months). Price was competitive compared with two other quotes. The windows are good quality (Anlin) and I can already notice how much better they block out the heat. They did not try to upsell anything (like another company tried to very hard). Will definitely consider in the future.

The final product is good but the workers didn't show up as promised on two different occasions. Much confusion re scheduling the work and actually doing the work.

Custom Exteriors replaced all 11 windows and sliding glass doors at mom's house. They handled all details regarding building permits and helped with HOA requirements. The instillation crew completed the job in less than 4 hours, they left no traces of construction. Working with Custom Exteriors was like having an "Easy Button" to push. What more could you ask for.
