We had such a great experience working with Custom Exteriors from start to finish! Nadia from the office was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. During our initial visit, Jason did a wonderful job explaining the different options available to us and helping us understand what would work best for our home. We really appreciate how the new management has kept up the quality of customer service and product. One of our doors, which we got under the prior management, needed readjusting due to the house resettling. The new management had the plate moved free of charge. When we later determined further adjustment was needed, they were prompt in resolving the issue. Highly recommend.

I needed to replace 5 upstairs windows and wanted quality that would outlast me. My searches for highly rated services gave me several options, but once I spoke to the Exterior Solutions rep, I felt more confident with them than the others. They communicated with me throughout the entire process from measurement.through order fulfillment & final installation. I am very pleased & highly recommend Exterior Solutions. The temperature upstairs is also more stable. PS: They do offer more than just wi... Read more
