Custom Exteriors replaced our windows. The quality of the product and service were top notch. The crew was clean and completed the install much faster than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Most of the work was good after I found a most of the mistakes that were fixed. I didn’t appreciate getting the request for final payment with the words “past due” and a back up email to pay by this weekend. I had been waiting for this invoice so I could pay it. Christine, Sorry that you were offended by my email asking for the final payment last Thursday. We sent the first request for payment to you 14 days ago by email when you agreed the job was complete. However, you did not make the payment, even though we saw that you opened the email. So I did not feel that we were out of line asking to be paid after you agreed we were complete on December the 4th. I hope you enjoy your new windows and Happy Holidays to you. Kevin Gundry

My 2nd experience was perfect from start to end - the windows/doors were installed earlier than expected, workers were very professional and did a great job including cleaning and placing everything in order. Above and beyond service! I definitely recommend this company for hi... Read more
