First I have to say that I was most impressed that Custom Exteriors had a "Rossmoor" tab on their website, brilliant !!! I had the most amazing experience with David Lopez as he explained the process of replacing my windows and sliding door. He was very methodical and precise and I appreciate his attention to detail. Amazing job. Replaced 2 patio doors and all windows with the exception of 2 bathroom windows, which I regret. Rob Virgil, walked us through the entire process-start to finish and the installation was completed by experts. Top notch! If you are updating your windows call Rob. My mistake not replacing those two bathroom windows which just look really bad yo! So my only advice, after choosing Custom Exteriors is to replace them all at once. Love my new double-paned windows. I was so pleased with the work from this company a few years ago that I had them back. The workmen arrived on time, did a beautiful job, and left everything in perfect condition. The windows and door open so easily and the look is amazing. I should have done this sooner!
