I used Custom Exteriors to replace 13 windows in my home. My windows were pretty old - they were not soundproof (I live near a train), they were not low-e so the house would get really hot during warmer days. So I decided it was time for an upgrade. The process was pretty straightforward and the salesperson I worked with was very helpful in answering my questions.
