Jason Rugaard is incredibly knowledgable, helpful. This is 2nd time we've worked with him. Office staff (Toni and others) responsive and pleasant. Installation was efficient; nice guys. Careful, tidy, expert. We weren't sure the new frames could match a funky, 45 year old building but they fit in well. Perfect color match.

My wife and I decided to replace our bedroom window with french doors. Mark Harris came out to our home to go over pricing, options and even brought samples to explain the product. I got a competing bid and Custom Exteriors was solid in terms of price and quality. The installation day was extremely easy and pain free. The installers were professional, friendly and quick. They even let me hang around the view the process as I was very inquisitive. The next day our exterior stucco was replaced an... Read more

Custom Exteriors, Inc. was recommended by a friend who was extremely pleased with her new windows & sliding doors. She was impressed with the quality, professional service & following up. After her project was completely finished I did a close inspection & felt very confident in selecting this company to do mine. Now my project is completely finished & happy to say that I love my new white vinyl double pane windows & slider. Was a pleasure working with all the crews & highly recommend.

Their staff were helpful with great attitude. Jeff K who is one of the owner was a pleasure to work with - he walked us through the whole process when we first met, he checked-in with us during the installation, even called us during breaks while he was on jury duty. The installers were knowledgeable and did an outstanding job... Read more

I have been working with Jeff Kendell and his crew for over 20 years. The quality of their excellent work is only surpassed by their unbelievable service in this day and age. After a 20-year old sliding glass door gave me issues during our recent heavy rains, Jeff came over on a Sunday to try to temporarily resolve the leaking issue. The following day, he returned with his tech, Spencer, to remove and clean the tracks at no charge. The next day during an outpouring, I had no leakage! I cannot s... Read more
