Custom Exteriors installed new Hardie siding, windows and a door on our house 4 years ago. I noted some small cracks in the caulking and contacted them. They immediately responded and told me that the caulk Hardie recommended at the time of our installation has been replaced by a higher quality caulk. First I have to say that I was most impressed that Custom Exteriors had a "Rossmoor" tab on their website, brilliant !!! Amazing job. Replaced 2 patio doors and all windows with the exception of 2 bathroom windows, which I regret. Rob Virgil, walked us through the entire process-start to finish and the installation was completed by experts. Top notch! If you are updating your windows call Rob. My mistake not replacing those two bathroom windows which just look really bad yo! So my only advice, after choosing Custom Exteriors is to replace them all at once.
