We needed to replace 5 windows in our house, and after receiving a couple quotes it was an obvious choice to go with Custom Exteriors. Robert was knowledgable and thorough in his initial visit, and was able to explain the entire process exactly as it played out. Thanks to Toni & Cesar for their follow ups and professionalism as well. Jose and the installation crew did an excellent job, worked very efficiently and left things looking great. The project couldn’t have been smoother from start to fi... Read more

They immediately responded and told me that the caulk Hardie recommended at the time of our installation has been replaced by a higher quality caulk. They came out and redid all the caulking (not just where there were tiny fissures) for no charge. As they were previously, they were responsive and their team were professional. This is a busi... Next I met with both of the owners who came to confirm measurements and set up the permit process. Both Jeff and Kevin were a true pleasure to work with and made me feel like fa... Read more

Amazing job. Replaced 2 patio doors and all windows with the exception of 2 bathroom windows, which I regret. Rob Virgil, walked us through the entire process-start to finish and the installation was completed by experts. Top notch! If you are updating your windows call Rob. My mistake not replacing those two bathroom windows which just look really bad yo! So my only advice, after choosing Custom Exteriors is to replace them all at once. I will take a picture and post the old and new-but I can't... Read more

I am so happy with my three beautiful new Anlin windows and sliding door. They were installed in only a day and a half by Roman and his crew of two. Now I can see a beautiful wider view of sunrises.
