Replacing all the windows and 3 large sliders in my older home could have had lots of glitches and surprises but my installation with Custom Exteriors out of Pleasanton was such a great experience. Dave Lopez, sales manager, was low key, and very confident of his product and crew. He did a thorough job of showing me the quality of the product and explaining their outstanding warranties. 4-windows and 2-slinding glass doors installed... Rob Vigil started the process and was an EXCELLENT representative. Very patient, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. THANKS Rob! The install team were GREAT! Their attention to detail was awesome. The next project is James Hardie siding. If this goes as well as the window experience, I'll be just as pleased.
