We had a wonderful experience with Custom Exteriors! Jeff (the owner) was so professional and was very attentive to all of the details of our job. Grayeagle handled all of the online specifics of our order. Whenever we had any questions or changes he responded very quickly. All in all we felt very taken care of by Custom Exteriors and most importantly our windows are beautiful. We couldn't be happier. If you want a great company that is professional and values their clients, use Custom Exteriors... Read more

I used Custom Exteriors to replace 13 windows in my home. My windows were pretty old - they were not soundproof (I live near a train), they were not low-e so the house would get really hot during warmer days. So I decided it was time for an upgrade. The process was pretty straightforward and the salesperson I worked with was very helpful in answering my questions. They originally estimated that it would take around 7-8 weeks to get the windows, but I got a call in about ~5 weeks that the windows... Read more

Ambreen- Thank you for letting us know about your window project. We are glad that you are enjoying your new Anlin Del Mar vinyl windows and that they have helped to not only reduce the noise but also to keep the house cooler on these hot days. As for your other concern, please feel free to reach out to me if you do not get a reply.

I worked with Jeff at Custom Exteriors to replace a front door, three patio doors and several windows at a condo in Rossmoor. We worked entirely over the phone because of COVID-19. I am so impressed with the quality of the installation and the entire process from quote to install to final inspection. I would absolutely recommend you give Jeff a call and get a quote to replace your windows and doors. He has a great demeanor and was very pleasant to work with. His staff were professional and clea... Read more

They did a great job with our windows- replaced some 1980's leaky funky old windows we had. Makes our house look a lot nicer. This covid stuff caused some delays, nothing on CE's part, but other than that we're happy. Thanks.

"Custom Exteriors this year did a very fine job replacing 2 bedroom windows for me. This kind of thing, home decorating and rehab, is not my strong suit. So I was so grateful that Jeff Kendall, one of the owners, handled all the bureaucracy with our community, Rossmoor. He coddled me through it!! The Anlin products turned out to be a great choice, draft and heat and noise protection, better in winter, I discovered, and also in this desperate heat we're having. The noise protection is an espec... Read more
