I had great experience with Custom Exteriors. We did a full house window retrofit, and every step of the project went nice and smooth. I was looking specifically for Anlin windows, as I saw those installed at my friend’s house and they looked fantastic (especially compared to other, cheaper brands). The crew arrived on time as promised. Juan, the foreman, noticed that there may be a problem. The old window was not installed correctly. He had concerns until the old window was removed. The Team did a very nice job of installing five new windows as well as a side garage door. Originally scheduled for two days, and than rescheduled for one day. In hindsight, probably should have kept it to two days. Good communication, clean up and professionalism. One window was defective and was taken care of at a later date by the Manufacturer.
