Our home has over 55 windows and glass doors and replacing them has been a multi-phase process. Working with Grayeagle at Custom Exteriors has been key to a finished product that we are proud of and has turned our windows into a showcase that gets compliments from our guests. All Marvin products have really lived up to the quality we expected. The professionalism of the process from quote to install is a benchmark with which we measure our other home improvement projects. Thank you Grayeagle and... Read more

Custom Exteriors values the quality of their work, the quality of their materials, and offer superior customer service. They quoted me a fair price that was half the cost of the nationwide “renewal” window company! Custom Exteriors is prompt, polite, informative, accurate, flexible, and clean. Plus, they offer a double lifetime guarantee on all the windows at no additional fee. I’m confident I found the best window company in the Bay Area.

Thank you for such a wonderful 5-star review. I know I speak for the entire team at Custom Exteriors when I say we are very happy to hear from our customers that their entire experience was so positive. We love to make homes beautiful and have been doing it for many years. Please keep in mind that we are not just a window company, we install siding and doors, too.

I had great experience with Custom Exteriors. We did a full house window retrofit, and every step of the project went nice and smooth. I was looking specifically for Anlin windows, as I saw those installed at my friend’s house and they looked fantastic (especially compared to other, cheaper brands). Plus, their warranty cannot be bet. First, I reached out to get a quote and had David stop by the next day to write things up and provide estimate on the spot. I had 2 other estimates done at the t... Read more

Robert arrived promptly to understand my needs for a few replacement windows, he gave me his recommended options and helped me chose exactly what I needed to solve a noise problem. They remeasured a few days later. Then arrived promptly within a few weeks to install. I was informed it would be approximately 6 hours, yet they were done faster. Courteous team, set perfect expectations, and exceeded my expectations. I will use Custom Exteriors again, and highly recommend them for a great produ... Read more

The crew arrived on time as promised. Juan, the foreman, noticed that there may be a problem. The old window was not installed correctly. He had concerns until the old window was removed. There was no problem. The window was installed. The work was done perfectly. It is nice to know that there are people out there that really know what they are doing. I've have all my other windows installed by Custom Exteriors. They are an excellent company. That is why I continue to use them. Also, the warran... Read more
