Very straightforward and concise pricing and product discussions. Only met sales rep once. Picked our product. Had it installed in 2 days scheduled within a week or 2. Love the windows. Anlin was the product, and I recommend it over the other standard vinyl products. No steam up in rain. Double pained and keep heating and cooling bills down. Great experience.

I LOVE my new windows! They are not only beautiful, but very functional. I went from single pane glass to double pane glass and what a difference it makes. Custom Exteriors did a great job on my front door replacement. They were very patient with my wife choosing the door color among all the samples they brought. When the installation day came they confirmed the day before and texted before coming over. The 2 man crew did a great job, while paying attention to details. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

I wanted to wait for the first significant storm before reviewing, and it is raining buckets outside. All the new doors and windows are performing beautifully. My thermostat report reflects a 40-hour decrease in furnace use for the month, so hooray for immediate return on investment! Also, the freeway noise I used to hear at night is gone.
