Their pricing was competitive, the windows arrived exactly when promised (10 weeks from order date), and the installation crew arrived on time and did an excellent job installing everything.
Custom Exteriors provided a great product and good service in replacing 2 sliding glass doors and 2 other windows in my townhouse. One was a custom window that required extra work in refitting the plantation shutters to the new window. Although there were some bumps along the way, Jeff and his foreman Ryan excelled at follow up. I would recommend Custom Exteriors.
We have used Custom Exteriors on many occasions over the years. We are in Lafayette and love that they service this area. We think the work is fantastic, both for windows and doors. We had Anlin sliding doors (2) and a back door installed in May 2021. We had a question about how the doors were locking and the next day the owner himself (Jeff) made a personal appearance and solved all our issues in about 10 minutes!
