Curtis inspected my roof and pointed out some issues, the biggest of which is that the roof was improperly and inadequately vented. So he quoted replacing the back half of the roof and fixing the ventilation. The front half was only 2 years old and looked like it was done properly. The quote was very reasonable and less than we expected.
