I can’t say enough good things about Cycle. From Matt to Curtis to the foremen and crew, they are all fantastic people. Polite, professional, thoughtful. My roof (and siding) were far more of a disaster than any of us imagined (previous owner made really bad choices). Curtis hit “roof rescue mode” and the rebuilt the entire roof including rafters in a day. The team worked a 12 hour day to ensure everything was safe and weathertight up before stopping. We had to have two 2 layers taken off with all new plywood. Curtis and Cycle Carpentry did a fantastic job! My wife and I are extremely happy with how it came out. Curtis took the extra time when giving a quote to get in the attic to get a better look at the plywood for mold and leaks. He was honest (which is hard to find these days) and figured new plywood into his quote. The crew was extremely professional and took care of the job in two days. We can’t say enough about our experience with Cycle Carpentry. From the very beginning of getting a detailed quote in writing to the clean up at the end. Curtis and Matt were in communication with us from Day One. Matt even dropped off full size samples to us on a Sunday. Who does that? Their crew are the hardest workers and highly proficient in their craft. They were respectful and treated our home with care. My roof was recently replaced by Cycle Carpentry. They exceeded my expectations. The project ended up being larger than expected, the plywood under the shingles was rotted and needed to be replaced. The crew still managed to replace the entire roof on my house and the shingles on my shed in one day. The little things that caught my attention is they protected the plants around the house and they cleaned up the yard after the installation was completed.
