We had several estimates, talked with past clients and viewed completed jobs and we don't regret this roof replacement decision. Explained the process and answered questions throughout. I first called Davison a few years ago when my 15 year old home started having roof leaks due to failing roof vents. They responded quickly and determined the cause and made the necessary repairs both timely and cost effectively. Neil also advised me the roof was in semi-decent condition but small leaks might start occurring due to the age.
