Very happy with the maintenance program so far. Today I checked in with Delta to see when they would be coming to clean the roof and was told next week which was totally fine. We were about to paint our deck and figured we’d have them come afterwards, but they were right. It made more sense to clean the roof off before painting so that all the leaves didn’t come down onto wet paint if we experienced a stiff breeze. Delta Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. Tom was very responsive to my questions. We were not in town when they replaced the roof but the on-site PM provided pictures as the work was being completed. I would highly recommend.
