They promised one day installation and I was out of my home for 4 days. The job is still not complete. They broke a concrete stair and even though I paid extra for concrete repair they at first denied they broke the concrete step, then agreed to fix it in 4 weeks and we are still waiting. We paid for covering removal to remove old peel and stick tile and were told they would grind down the concrete as you can see they coated over the original peel and stick tile.
