He was the only one who actually looked in the attic and verified ventilation needs during the estimate process. Dennison came in under four other estimates I got. They were able to complete the project very quickly, and when they came out they found an earlier, improperly done job that they corrected with no charge. Very responsive. Their idea for the repair saved me thousands of dollars in foundation work!
