Our 3 story house, with a complex roof was handled beautifully by the Dennison team. I still cannot believe how fast and problem free the project went. Every aspect of the job was covered completely from start to finish-oh yes very tidy clean up. Everyone knew their job and was professional and courteous. I hired Scott to replace our 25 year old roof and repair gutters and downspouts along with new gutter topper. Scott the owner was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions before the project started. He even educated us on areas that we did not have knowledge on. His workers are well prepared and organized. Had my roof replaced this past Fall. My wife and I were impressed by the methodical and thorough work effort by the team. I personally watched the progress of the roof replacement, reinstallation of Gutter Toppers we had installed several years ago., and the replacement of our Skylights. The quality is impeccable. We were equally impressed by the "spirit" of the team - very friendly and attentive to detail. Great job!!

When I discovered our old roof was leaking I made calls to numerous roofing contractors. Scott Dennison was the first of only two contractors to return my call. Overall it went very well. The quote was not the lowest, nor was it the highest that I received. Before even getting the quote, Scott spent time investigating the attic (for ventilation requirements) and inspecting and measuring the roof. He then made a second appointment to sit down with us and explain the proposal.
