Look no further if you want expertise, quality, dedicated daily crew, every day cleanup and attention to detail and value. We are very particular so for us to be satisfied says a lot. Scott is the most knowledgeable roofer you would ever find. We had four other people out and no one informed us our shingle warranty would not be valid as we had inadequate venting, for which he provided a solution. Dennison also upgraded our attic insulation, replaced the skylights and installed Gutter Toppers. We... Read more

It went great. I was impressed with Scott’s presentation so, that I decided not to get more estimates. Scott was always punctual, checked in by emails, came by and checked during the work, and after to inspect the job. The crews were great. Done in two days. Very happy with this important investment into my home! Trusted his word, you can too. Glad I did.

I was extremely impressed when Scott said they could replace the roof in the winter! Although this lead to some challenges and several returns to get everything cleaned up, the mission was accomplished. We love the roof and the fresh new look of our home! I would recommend his company to everyone. His customer service and satisfaction are top rate!

Thank you for your kind words. The weather did cause a few return trips to ensure everything was cleaned up however, the end result is a properly ventilated roof that will save you energy/money and a leak proof roof that not includes a 50 year warranty but also a 50 year 100% Labor & Material warranty. In addition, the NorthGate rubber/asphalt shingle with a class 4 hail rating may reduce your monthly insurance premium as well - thanks again for choosing Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper as Roofing Contractors in Saint Joseph Michigan as your contractor.

Scott assured us he could install and clean up a new roof during the winter. Even though it took several attempts to complete the clean up, it was done to our utmost satisfaction! We recommend his company to everyone needing a new roof in any season!

So happy with the roofing job. Extremely professional company from start to finish. They quotes I received were very detailed, and caught all of the improvements that our home inspector suggested. They communicated well about the necessary delays due to COVID, performed the work exactly as described, and left the job site clean. Highly recommend.
