Gave a 1 star. We had them installed about 2008. Needed to call them out maybe 1-2 yrs later as the gutters were not draining correctly. Was difficult to reach them then and now. Reciently we called as there was issues with stuff getting stuck and rain spilling off other areas, not the usual drain pipe. We had used the hose to rinse it off from the ground but problem still was there. ( 1 story home) .We called the company to come out, but he refused. I sent pictures and he said that we didn't...
