We take pride in our work which is why we have almost 6,000 satisfied customers – thousands more than our competitors. We responded immediately to the homeowner’s initials request for service and corrected the situation as stated in their review. However, to this day the homeowner has not officially notified us of this new concern other than in his review. We are waiting for his request for warranty work. Initially, the homeowner agreed in writing to check the work to ensure their satisfaction prior to handing the final payment to our installers however, we now know they too must have missed those two areas. Everyone makes mistakes which is the case here. We would be happy to return to correct the situation upon proper notification from the homeowner.
I had a leak in my roof and the previous owners had used Dennison replace the roof a few years ago; so I called them up to see what they could do. Turns out it was my chimney itself that was letting water in and not the roof at all. Scott came out within 24 hours to check it out and inspect things. We love our gutter toppers! We are going on year 15 and they are holding up strong. Could use some help on the best way to clean them out. We only need to do it every other year but now we are at the point where a deep clean woul dbe great. Is this a service you provide?
Thank you for your kind words. To be specific there should not be any reason to clean out the interior however, I believe what you are asking about is the exterior. You may as I do on my own home use a power washer to clean the entire exterior of my home from the Gutter Topper on down to the base of the walls of my home. Using a power washer periodically - usually late spring will keep your home and Gutter Topper looking great. While we do not perform this type of work there are many businesses that do.
