The homeowner did not express any complaints and paid the full amount, indicating her satisfaction with the current state of the property, as per our agreement. However, she has made a claim that the roof is warped due to the previous roofer’s work. It is important to note that every low-pitched or flat roof experiences low spots due to wood settling over several decades. Despite having redecked the entire roof, the homeowner still identifies a low spot. The roof in question is a commercial-grade self-adhered 2-ply granulated roof that is designed to prevent leaks. We were hired to replace a leaking, sagging roof caused by water infiltration, not to guarantee that the existing roof will not have low spots. If we were to rebuild the entire roof to eliminate the low spot, it would be a significant undertaking. Even a simple repair to the one area would likely relocate the low spot to another location. The roof is leak-proof, and while is not visible from the ground, it does not pose any safety hazards. The homeowner only raised the issue after writing the review.
