They replaced my gutters, made great recommendations, communicated clearly, were overall very positive to work with, and charger me a fair price for the work. The gutter toppers seem to be working well, tested them with some heavy rains last week and now the leaves are falling, satisfied with the product although the representative failed to mention that some are your roofing shingles will be pretty torn up during the process. The owner stated that was normal but would have to charge a fee to come out and repair them. Not cool, my roof is only a few years old with 40-year shingles, It's always good to know the pros and cons before doing a home improve... Read more
Thank you for your feedback, JR. We are glad to hear that the gutter toppers are performing well. We apologize for any lack of communication regarding the roofing shingles and will use your comments to improve our process however, all shingles are self-sealing making it impossible to install "any" type of gutter covers without that occurring but the shingles will seal down thoroughly on top of the aluminum part of the Gutter Topper - so there is no chance of any leakage. In addition, Gutter Topper is the "only" gutter protection system on the market today that states our products do not in any way void your roofs warranty. As the owner, I did inspect your system personally after you sent me the photos and can attest to that the damage is very minor. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your insights on the pros and cons. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
