          The project began with the crew arriving on the scheduled date. They conducted a walkthrough, confirmed they were ready to start, and I provided the agreed-upon payment. However, within minutes, the crew leader, Cruz, informed me they would not proceed with the work because the roof had three layers of shingles.           Very poor service. Scott doesn’t care about the customer, once the contract is signed. He went as far on canceling our dumpster because it was suppose to rain. Now I have trash all over my property and on top of my garage. He stated the dumpster was coming the day they do the demo but obviously never arrived.           If I could give zero stars I would. Lifetime warranty but really it’s 2 weeks after install. These folks do not stand behind their work. They’ll probably say I’m not a customer, but assure you I am. Beware
