The actual work was excellent and when I had a concern, they addressed it immediately and with great communication. and made sure I understood their explanation. I am very glad they installed my new shingles and would gladly select them again.
Needed a roof replaced on our home. Received a detailed quote along with all information about the materials that would be used. Roof was completed in less than 5 hours! They had some issues with our siding but still managed to do a professional job. Every phone call or text was returned promptly. Very please from start to finish. Provides a great product GAF, great customer communications by Tera and quality work with a great transferable Warranty. Chad provided a very detailed quote with options that were required beyond just replacing the roof. Our skylight thermal windows internal seal between the panes needed replacement. Other options that were provided besides the sky light were larger new gutters, downspouts to provide adequate rain water volume and very sturdy leaf guards.
