Very effience and very conscientious. response and time was outstanding. My leak was fixed in a matter of about seven days. I called another roofer for about eight months and he still has not called. These people forget that customers build business. I will always recommend DePalm all the time in the future. Great job and outstanding commitment to there work. In addition to fixing roof, they also checked the rest of the roof. Great service in today’s world. Dick Owens
