Awesome experience! They were at my neighbor's house doing a repair so I asked them to take a look at something I needed fixed when they were done. They came right over and took a look at it and fixed it right away and did a quality job! Super nice and easy to talk to! Will call them again when the need arises!

Very effience and very conscientious. response and time was outstanding. My leak was fixed in a matter of about seven days. I called another roofer for about eight months and he still has not called. These people forget that customers build business. I will always recommend DePalm all the time in the future. Great job and outstanding commitment to there work. We had a visual leak inside our home. I called DePalma to see if they were able to come out and inspect/fix. Dominic was able to get out the day of the call and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and same day response. He talked me thru everything he noticed and fixed the few items that stood out to him that may be causing the leak. We are 100% satisfied with everything and will be sure to call him first upon needing any future repairs.

We had several shingles blow off in the crazy winds lately, they came out quickly to assess the problem, & made repairs as soon as it was safe to go on the roof with shingles's they brought since I don't have any spares, and they match perfectly.
