Responsive and professional! A storm blew a piece of flashing off our house…I noticed DePalma was doing some work nearby and called the office. They arranged for someone to stop by on their way home from a siding job the very next day. The gentleman who helped us was very professional - taking extra measures to protect the roof when walking on it and explaining what he was doing.
