He explained what work was going to be preformed and a quote was emailed to me. Work was completed in a timely matter. I had a very good experience with DePalma Roofing.
Sales rep was professional and friendly and I did not feel pressured. Roof installation was done in a timely manner with exceptional cleanup. (Even came back next day to check everything.) Communication by phone and text was great. All personnel from sales, installation and follow-up conversations and support were highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
