Cannot offer enough praise, here. Chose DePalma out of 6 other companies... #1 - WARRANTY - ask them about it. #2 - Time - I was under pressure with our *new* homeowner's insurance policy to get an entire re-roof or be dropped. #3 - Commitment - came when asked, did what they said, and followed up after some crazy wind we experienced in the area. #4 - Efficiency & Customer Service - Needed some documents for insurance and when I called (and they answered!), I had said documents within 15 minutes...
