The crew arrived on time, scouted the area around the house and quickly got to work. The noise (except for vehicles briefly backing up) was tolerable. We and neighbors were impressed with the speed (4 hrs) and quality of the work. Mike's initial presentation allowed us to make a point-by-point evaluation with other offers and was the only one to provide tile samples. Wendy's communications were always courteous and helpful. GOOD VALUE indeed!
