We needed a new roof put on the porch as we were getting leaks coming down through the beams. They replaced the old roof (and disposed of it), and it seemed to take care of the leaks we were getting before. Unfortunately, the new roof created a new problem where we had a waterfall coming off the front of the roof during a couple of heavy rains, dumping lots of water on the ground right in front of the porch, and splashing back onto the porch.
