From our first meeting with the sales team through the installation of our shingles we were very pleased. When their crew left you would never have known they were here. Responsive and professional! A storm blew a piece of flashing off our house…I noticed DePalma was doing some work nearby and called the office. They arranged for someone to stop by on their way home from a siding job the very next day. The gentleman who helped us was very professional - taking extra measures to protect the roof when walking on it and explaining what he was doing.
