First of all, they presented to me a very comprehensive estimate for my roof replacement, answering all my questions and concerns, and especially about their tiered options. Secondly, their estimate was very competitive and specific. Thirdly, the workers showed up when expected and completed the job when expected. My only concern during the replacement was with a skylight that was longer than previous one, and the "foreman" said they would guarantee to make it waterproof tight.
