DePalma replaced 15 of our roofs over the winter months. Their team was excellent, both in the office and out in the field. We are very pleased with the quality of the GAF roofing products, and the Timberline UHDZ shingles look great. Winter weather can create scheduling chaos, but DePalma collaborated with us to get the project done in a timely manner. From start to finish they performed planning and installation of the project as they said they would. The office staff was very easy to work with and helped us migrate insurance issues properly. Great experience from beginning to end. Steve was responsive when we asked for a quote and worked with us to plan out the project. They replaced our roof and siding and repaired some water damaged. Both roofing crew and construction crew were professional and did great work. Roofing crew couldnt finish in one day but returned early the next to wrap up the job. Cleaned up very well. Highly recommend.

We received approximately a dozen proposals for a complete roof and gutter replacement, and selected DePalma based on multiple criteria: quality of the GAF Timberline shingle and warranty, reputation and customer reviews, thoroughness and detail of the price quote, bottom line price, and overall responsiveness.
