The saleesman, Rob, was an amazing start to the process. The rest of the team was friendly and thorough, answering questions as needed. We had to coordinate solar panel removal and reinstallatiom, which is a delicate process. The workers not only listened to how things needed to be done, they were careful to work around them. Depalma staff were very professional and responded quickly to my questions. The crew complete our roof replacement in one day and they cleaned up when they were done. We had some damage to our window trim during the roof tear off. They repaired this with no question and did not invoice us until we were completely satisfied.
