Very responsive and professional company. All questions were answered within 24 hours, really less, including once when sales contact was on vacation. Didn’t know he was and I certainly would’ve waited to ask the question if I knew. He was very kind though I interrupted his deserved time off. Wendy in the office is amazing! We had a slow leak in our ceiling that we believed was a roofing problem. DePalma came out promptly and diagnosed the problem as a caulking issue around one of our windows in our converted attic. They provided a quote to fix that issue and to inspect all other potential leakage spots that was very reasonable. Everyone at DePalma Construction beginning with Amanda in the office, were friendly, efficient, and effective. The job was done very quickly, despite problems everyone was having around the country with supply change issues. The crew arrived early in the morning, took off old roof, put new sheeting down, put on new roof and thoroughly cleaned up all of the debris including roofing nails with a magnet.
