I discovered one rainy day that my skylight was leaking pretty badly. I called them up and they got me on the schedule for a day and a half later, which I consider to be pretty quick in these crazy times of many contractors scheduling months out. The service guy showed up when he was supposed to, was friendly, and got right on it.
